+++ The scene opens up with Aiden Gage sitting on the porch of his home in Oakland, California. Judging by the daylight, or lack there of, it’s probably about 8 PM. As he sits there, he looks down at the ground, using a stick to carve into the dirt. +++
Aiden Gage: After falling off of the face of the earth for more than 6 months, “The Concept” Aiden Gage is finally returning to wrestling. For one night, at least. I’ve heard rumblings of this promotion known as The Pro Wrestling Project. And I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t at least a little intrigued. So recently, I picked up the phone and contacted Josh Duncan to get some more information and to hear what he had to say. One thing led to another and it resulted in me signing on for this month’s show, PWP 8: Mayhem.
+++ He paused for a moment, still digging into the dirt with the stick. +++
Aiden Gage: Mayhem is such a fitting name for the re-emergence of “The Concept.” Because everywhere I go, everything I touch… Ends in mayhem. Don’t believe me? Ask all of the people I left laying in my wake. At PWP 8, I add 2 more names to the list of victims. Jordan Caliband and Savannah.
+++ Even in the dark, a grin visibly forms on the right side of his mouth. +++
Aiden Gage: I’ve been out of the wrestling loop for a while, so I don’t know a whole lot about either one them. And I’ve never been one to talk, just to hear myself talk. I’m going to get to the point. Savannah and Jordan could be the most accomplished competitors out there. It doesn’t matter to me. Accomplishments and reputations have never mattered to me. I’ve stepped into that ring with some of the most accomplished, most reputable competitors out there. And you know what happened? I beat them. Jordan Caliband and Savannah will be no different than the rest.
+++ Aiden stood up off of the porch, throwing the stick to the side onto the lawn and walked inside. The camera gets a close up of the area that Aiden was digging at with the stick. In the dirt, he carved out the words “R.I.P. Jordan & Savannah - D.O.A. May 31, 2014.” The scene slowly fades to black. +++
